FAMILY CRISIS HOUSING
Good Seed Family Crisis Housing Program provides comprehensive services for homeless transition-age youth families with children. Transition-Age Youth Families live in an apartment unit independently, while working with their Family Crisis Network case managers. Families will receive weekly case management, access to counseling, child care, job training, and employment placement sevices. The goal of the 60 day program is to help homeless TAY families have access to safe, secure, and clean housing, while receiving intensive services so they can become self-sufficient parents with strong connections to the community. Like all Good Seed programs, the emphasis of this program is on helping Transition-Age Youth Families not only survive, but THRIVE!
- TAY (18-25) with a family
